These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "GTS") govern the contractual relationship between BRONEER NEIL (hereinafter "Lummy", "we", "our") and any professional or individual customer (hereinafter "the Customer", "you") wishing to purchase credits or subscribe to a plan on the lummy.fr website.
These GTS complement and add to the General Terms of Use.
These GTS apply to all sales of credits and subscriptions made on the lummy.fr website, whether the Customer is an individual (consumer) or a professional.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these GTS. No particular condition may, except formal written acceptance on our part, prevail over these GTS.
We reserve the right to modify these GTS at any time. The applicable GTS are those in effect at the date of the order.
Lummy offers a credit system for generating product images. Available offers are detailed on the site's Pricing page and include:
Each image generation consumes a certain number of credits depending on complexity and requested resolution. The required number of credits is indicated before each generation.
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include French VAT at the current rate. In accordance with micro-entrepreneur status, VAT is not applicable until legal thresholds are exceeded.

Final validation of the order by the Customer constitutes irrevocable acceptance and forms the sales contract.
Payments are securely processed by our payment provider Stripe. Accepted payment methods are:
Payment must be made immediately upon ordering. Credits will only be credited after payment confirmation by Stripe.
All transactions are secured and encrypted via SSL protocol. We do not store any banking data on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS level 1 certified, the highest security level in the payment industry.
An invoice is automatically generated and sent by email after each purchase. Invoices are also accessible from your customer area.

Subscriptions operate on a monthly automatic renewal model:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer area. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund will be made for the already paid period.

Credits purchased in packs generally have unlimited validity, unless otherwise stated at purchase (promotional offers).
Monthly credits provided as part of a subscription may have a specific rollover policy depending on the plan:

After prior written approach by consumers to BRONEER NEIL, the Mediator Service can be contacted for any consumer dispute whose resolution has not been successful.
These GTS are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the jurisdiction of competent French courts.
In accordance with legal provisions, in case of dispute with a consumer, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
These GTS are written in French. In case of translation, only the French version is legally binding.
We archive orders and invoices in accordance with legal and tax obligations (minimum 10 years). Contractual communications are also archived under reasonable security conditions.
